2. Hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.   (61 Lordou Vironos Str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus) on servers located in   Frankfurt am Main, Germany.   All data therefore remain within the European Economic Area.   A Data-Processing Agreement pursuant to Art 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.   For more information see Hostinger’s Data-Processing Addendum and   Privacy Policy.

3. Data we process

• Server log files – When you access this site, data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL and timestamp are stored for security and troubleshooting.   Legal basis: Art 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operation).
• Contact form (Formspree) – Messages submitted via the contact form are processed by Formspree Inc., Walnut CA (USA).   Transfers rely on the EU–US Data-Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.   Legal basis: Art 6 (1) b GDPR (contract initiation).
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) – We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Processing occurs only after consent via our cookie banner (Art 6 (1) a GDPR). IP-anonymisation is active. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data-Privacy Framework and SCCs.

4. Cookies & Consents

Technically necessary cookies (Art 6 (1) f GDPR) and – subject to consent – analytics cookies (Art 6 (1) a GDPR) are used. Details are shown in the cookie banner.

5. Storage period

Personal data are deleted once the purpose is achieved, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art 15), rectify (Art 16), erase (Art 17), restrict processing (Art 18), data portability (Art 20) and object (Art 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach).

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect transmitted data.
